Moe made a personal appearance at Lake Loramie State Park

 

Moe just returned from his first camping trip of the season at Lake Lomarie State Park Ohio. He spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoors, took several long walks, and still had time for some quite naps. Campground wasn’t crowded, and there were no annoying barking dogs to destroy his quite time. Moe enjoyed sitting in his lawn chair and watching all the activities in the campground. Moe is looking forward to hopefully many more trips this summer and fall.

2023

It's January 3 and it's 61 degrees.  It's a dark and dreary day, but Moe didn't care, he was ready for a walk.  2022 was a rough year.  Moe is hoping that 2023 will be a much better year for camping and adventure.

Moe Enjoys Saint Mary's

Moe has just returned from a great visit to Grand Lake Saint Mary’s State Park.  We had beautiful weather to enjoy the campgrounds.  Moe relaxed on the patio, took lots of naps both in the camper and outside.  Moe met with some fans and enjoyed several long walks.  Moe didn’t see any squirrels this trip but lots of birds and dogs to watch.  Dogs are usually rude and bark a lot.  Moe prefers to do his walks when there is no dogs around.   If we see a dog it’s time to head back to the camper.  Moe is not real thrilled with the car ride getting here, but he loves camping.

 

Moes First Camping Trip of 2022

 

Moe just returned for camping at Lake Loramie State Park.  First trip of 2022.  Moe had a very successful trip.  He spent a lot of time relaxing under the awning on the patio, had several walks around the campground, enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels, and met several new fans and friends.  Moe is looking forward to more adventures this year, but they may be limited in time and distance due to the cost of fuel to pull the Moe Cave.

The sun is shining, it’s 27 degrees, and Moe has been meowing at the front door.  He wants to know what happened to the front yard and sidewalk?  Why aren’t we camping?

Moe Visits Lake Erie

Moe enjoyed East Harbor State Park on his visit to Lake Erie.  He had a great campsite.  Moe spent a lot of time sitting under the awning watching people, birds, squirrels, and even a groundhog from his comfy lawn chair.  He went for walks on his leash, greeted fans, and made several new friends.  Had great weather with temps in the 70’s and low 80’s, and it only rained one evening.  Looks like this will be Moe’s last personal appearance of the year.  Moe is already looking forward to next year.

 

Moe Visits Saint Marys

Moe enjoyed his first personal appearance at Grand Lake Saint Marys State Park last week.  We had perfect weather for the entire week.  He made many new friends and fans, and enjoyed several leisurely walks.  He spent a lot of time sitting in his lawn chair under the camper awning watching people go by, and taking note of the squirrel activity.  Moe was delighted in the feel and surroundings of the park, and is anxious for another visit soon.
